Appointments for families that are interested in enrollment in any of our Champion programs are offered on Tuesday and Thursday Mornings.  If this time does not work other arrangements can be made to meet the time that you are available.  Please complete the form below to request an appointment. 

A family interview (appointment) is required for any family desireing enrollment in our on-campus programs.  A family interview is not required for CPA Homeschool Academy enrollment!  Please bring your children to the family interview!
