Families have the best of both worlds: Home education and enrollment in a fully accredited private school. We are still accepting students for the 2009-2010 school year.
Champion Preparatory Academy is non-traditional fully accredited private school that was founded in 1995 to provide parents the opportunity to legally home-educate thier children without having to register with the county superintendent. CPA is registered with the DOE in Florida and is in full compliance with all state regulations.
CPA helps homeschool families across the nation keep accurate records of their child’s progress, attendance, standardized test scores, and portfolio development, as well as providing resources to help families select the right curriculum for their child. Designed to make the homeschool experience more enjoyable CPA offers families an affordable option to maintain student records in a manner that meets district and state guidelines relieving parents of the stress and time required to educate themselves regarding the legal record keeping requirements.
Overwhelmed with many choices concerning curriculum choices, lesson plan development, accreditation, transferring to school based programs, standardized testing, learning styles, record keeping, college preparation and the legal issues surrounding home education, CPA has developed a number of programs to make your home education experience what it was intended to be: an enjoyable, family-centered, quality educational program.
Champion Preparatory Academy (CPA) provides home-educated students with the academic validation they need while allowing parents the freedom to educate their children at home. CPA offers a parent the ability to choose your own curriculum but CPA is there for you with advise and counseling to make sure your are meeting all requirements for your students. We also keep records of your student’s course work. When a student successfully completes his high school academics, CPA awards a high school diploma from our fully accredited private school. CPA provides a high school transcript, guidance recommendations, help with dual enrollment, processing of the Bright Futures Scholarship information (FL) to assistance with the college application process.
With fully accredited programs that serve students nationwide and year-round enrollment we can provide you with the flexibility, quality and the right tools to offer your child a professionally designed curriculum and to help you build a strong, solid, educational foundation upon which to build.
